Responsibilities

  • Building Bank EA tool with all Enterprise Architecture Artifacts
  • Responsible for the design of End-to-End Solution architecture of the products and services which are aligned with the EA Head
  • Responsible for tackling any IT problem that might arise and integrate the solution in the end product
  • Encourages the use of best development practices and that it is implemented following the development guidelines within the squads
  • Providing his/her feedback to the different squads to achieve business objectives by providing valuable functionalities for users and hosts code reviews
  • Design Solutions: Create detailed technical solutions to meet specific business requirements
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, and stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business goals
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to implementation
  • Documentation: EA Artifacts, Document best practices, solution designs, and technical specifications
  • Risk Management: Evaluate project constraints, identify alternatives, and mitigate risks
  • Provides technical knowledge translated from the business and guidance on best practices during Architecture Committee
  • Manages cost-effective solution designs by evaluating the financial impact of architectural decisions and ensuring solutions integrate seamlessly into the organization’s architecture
  • Study latest technology trends and advise IT and the business about potential benefits/impacts.
  • Develop Artifacts: Create business capability maps, value streams, and other artifacts to bridge the gap between strategy and execution with Align with EA Head
  • Responsible for defining the guidelines for integration between applications for cloud and on-premise environments which are aligned with the EA Head
